 on  December 20, 1791, thereby making the Bill of Rights a part of the United States Constitution.

 Surrounding the American Eagle, as it appears in the Presidential Seal, you’ll find the signatures of 40 United States presidents, each carefully carved into a primary star. Also notice the high bas-relief dome design. These are actual signatures taken from tracings.

The Preamble, beginning with "We The People" and followed in part by the Articles, is inscribed by hand upon the undulating stars and stripes of our  American flag. Only 200 medallions made...one for each year since the signing of our Constitution by 39 state delegates in Philadelphia on September 17, 1787.

 To commemorate The Statue of Liberty’s 100th anniversary. Encircling Lady Liberty are the faces of immigrants of various origins. In the border ribbon, the word PEACE is inscribed in sixteen translations, representing twenty-two languages.
